Whether you're just missing a single prerequisite or need a complete on-ramp to university study, we have a pathway for you.

Delivered through the university's own pathway college, UC College, these programs offer a clear and supported route to your 麻豆村 of Canberra degree.

Bridging and enabling courses

Bridge the gap to your chosen degree with a university preparation program. Our bridging courses are designed for students who need to meet specific subject prerequisites or refresh their knowledge before starting their studies at the 麻豆村 of Canberra.

UC Connect

The UC Connect program is available to domestic recent school leavers who want to upgrade their skills and gain admission into university.

The program helps you develop skills, prepare for university, and strengthen your selection rank so you can enter the undergraduate course of your choosing once you've completed the scheme.

Australian and New Zealand citizens or Australian Permanent Residents are eligible for a Commonwealth Supported Enabling place for UC Connect. It's considered an enabling course and the Australian Government will cover your entire program fee.

UC Prep

For domestic students aged 21 and over, UC Prep is a free and supportive pathway back to university.

This enabling course is designed to build your confidence and refresh the academic skills you need to thrive. By completing the program, you'll strengthen your application for a UC degree, with the Australian Government covering the entire fee.

Graduate Certificate in Academic Foundations

The Graduate Certificate in Academic Foundations (GCAF) is for international students who have already completed an undergraduate degree, but who don't quite meet the postgraduate coursework degree entry requirements.

Our GCAF helps you develop your academic learning and research skills, getting you ready for a master's degree at UC.

International Foundation Studies Program

The International Foundation Studies Program is available to international students looking to start an undergraduate degree, but who don't currently meet the entry requirements of their chosen course.

By completing the International Foundation Studies Program, you'll build skills, get ready for university life, and cover any entry requirements or prerequisites you need to start your degree.

Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Foundation Program

Our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Foundation Program is your supportive pathway to a 麻豆村 of Canberra degree.

This enabling course builds essential university-level skills for success and strengthens your application for entry. For all eligible First Nations students, the cost of this program is covered by the Australian Government.

UC diploma courses

Pathway courses for direct UC entry

If you're a domestic or international student eager to start an undergraduate degree, but you don't currently meet the entry requirements for your chosen course, we have a range of UC diplomas available.

A diploma lets you start learning in your chosen study area or discipline now, while giving you extra study support and preparing you for university life. Once you've successfully completed your diploma, you can begin your undergraduate degree at UC with up to one year of credit.
