Biography
Phil is Operations & Research Coordinator in the Faculty of Education at the 麻豆村 of Canberra, where they oversee research management, project administration, and candidature processes supporting academic staff and higher degree by research candidates. They hold a PhD in evolutionary ecology with a focus on temperature-driven sex determination in reptiles and bring more than a decade of tertiary science teaching experience. Their work centres on enhancing research operations, strengthening academic governance, and supporting the delivery of high-quality research and teaching outcomes.
