Biography
Phil is Operations & Research Coordinator in the Faculty of Education at the Â鶹´å of Canberra, where they oversee research management, project administration, and candidature processes supporting academic staff and higher degree by research candidates. They hold a PhD in evolutionary ecology with a focus on temperature-driven sex determination in reptiles and bring more than a decade of tertiary science teaching experience. Their work centres on enhancing research operations, strengthening academic governance, and supporting the delivery of high-quality research and teaching outcomes.
