Conflict Of Emotions

By Orlando Yalda

"Conflict of Emotions" explores the duality of anxiety and depression through two symbolic dresses. The Chained Dress and the Flying Harment. The Chained Dress, heavy and constricting, represents the weight of mental anguish, capturing the feeling of being trapped. In contrast, the Flying Harment, with its flowing, ethereal fabrics and wings, symbolizes liberation and personal evolution. Together, these garments illustrate the struggle and resilience inherent in the human experience, inviting reflection on the journey from confinement to freedom and the potential for transformation.
