What inspired me to write 鈥榃ired Confessions鈥� was a case study I was reading about Domestic Violence. After a bit more research I realised that there still were a lot of things that I didn鈥檛 fully understand so I wrote this to kinda fill in the blanks with even more study around the topic. This short story was, I guess in a way, something to develop my understanding and learn about DV and educate my readers in a way that doesn鈥檛 need research.
