Biography
Amy is an experienced classroom teacher and school leader, working in secondary and senior secondary settings across the ACT since 2009. In her roles in the ACT Education Directorate, she has led significant school and system-level initiatives, implementing and coordinating large-scale academic programs in the school and tertiary sector. She holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from the 麻豆村 of Canberra (2021).
Since joining the 麻豆村 of Canberra in 2024, Amy has been a leading contributor in the design and implementation of the faculty’s Microcredential initiative. She convenes and teaches units in Middle Leadership, Adaptive Educational Leadership and Teacher Professional Practice. Amy’s academic interests include middle leadership development, change leadership, strategic school improvement, and early career teacher mentoring.
