Cancer Council ACT is hosting our free Brief Intervention Training Webinar which will
strengthen attendees' con??dence to have clear and informed conversations with young
people about vaping.
There will be opportunities for attendees to pose questions to our presenter, Sophie Dyson-Sturgiss – Program Lead for VAPE Support – Sports at Cancer Council ACT
The Webinar is suitable for anyone who is supporting young sportspeople. This may
include sports coaches, managers, staff, volunteers, parents, and carers.
This is a free event; however, registration is required.

I can’t attend on that date, will there be further sessions?
Yes, we plan on hosting more Webinars in 2026. If you would like to be informed of future VAPE Support events, please contact our friendly VAPE Support Team and they will keep you informed.

Will the session be recorded?
Yes. The session will be recorded, and a copy will be sent to registered participants following the event. If you cannot make the live event but wish to receive the recording, please register.
